We are proud to be awarded a 2 star Great Taste Award on our Castle Dairies Halen Môn Sea Salt butter block and roll in August 2025!
These products are deliciously creamy butters which are hand salted with Halen Môn Sea Salt, harvested from the shores of Anglesey, off the north coast of Wales. They are delicious on warm toast, on jacket potatoes or in baking. The roll can also be sliced and served as rounds for the table or cooking.
The judges noted what a clean rich dairy flavour they had and they have an enticing yellow colour! And they loved the sea salt crystals for an extra crunch in the product!
