Fish Parcel with Castle Dairies Homemade Flavoured Butter

Ingredients

Castle Dairies’ homemade flavoured butter

2 x fish fillets (we used salmon)

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Add salmon fillets to a sheet of foil or greaseproof paper.

Add a tbsp of either our homemade flavoured butters (see separate recipe) or our Halen Môn Salted butter.

Wrap the fish to make a parcel.

Add the parcel to the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. This could also be cooked on the BBQ making a perfect summer recipe.
